Josephine developed a passion for publicity and marketing in high school where she was an editor on the yearbook staff and attended journalism conferences. She has managed social media accounts for organizations including North Penn Theatre & Thespians, Genuardi Florist, WCU Men's & Women's Golf Team, and her personal Etsy Shop. Additionally, she has created marketing content for the WCU Department of Theatre and Dance including websites for 2 productions, marketing material for incoming students, production posters, and news articles.
