Josephine has constructed sets for over 20 productions. She first began building sets in high school for Fiddler on the Roof. She continued working in the scene shop at West Chester University, where she learned many skills, including rigging, drafting, and scenic design. She has worked as a Scenic Assistant at Surflight Theatre for two summer seasons, building sets, rigging, working on special projects, and designing Children's theatre shows. Recently, she was the Scenic Designer for WOLF PAC's production of The Missing Button.
